This sheltie presented to us with an odd wound. Due to being a long haired dog, an unknown wound had festered under the skin without showing significant outward signs. The owner noticed that the skin was starting to feel abnormal and as we shaved the area we found a patch of dying skin. It is believed that this was the result of a potential old dog bite that just pin point punctured the skin and caused enough trauma to undermine it.
The first picture was on February 17th and the final picture was on March 7th. There were 10 treatments in all over 19 days.
